Castle Constructor Alpha 2.9

Castle Constructor 2.9 has been released just in time for the new year! This is a massive update that brings some great changes but we have much more planned for the upcoming year. For now though here are the changes. The most obvious change is to the enemies. We have replaced the old enemies with a new better model that looks a bit more human. This comes with enemies now having shirt and pants colors, new animations, and ragdoll physics when enemies die as well as their bodies remaining behind so you can see them pile up. Two new levels have been added River Delta and Rock Cliffs, and the name and descriptions of all levels have been improved. We also have a level change we are playing around with, having the levels fill the screen instead of having them be a cutout area. Let us know which you prefer!

• Enemies now have random pant and shirt colors
• Enemies ragdoll on death and their bodies remain on the ground
• Updated pathfinding. There are still some issues but we will be working to get those fixed.
• Added 3 new maps River Delta, Rock Cliffs, and Hilltop Ridge.
• Updated all level names and descriptions
• Fixed some tiles on maps that got shifted and left noticeable seams.
• Fixed cursor not returning to normal when returning to the map
• Made enemy formations a bit more compact.
• Fixed an issue with formations of 8 and 9 units so the enemies are now positioned correctly.
• Reinforced Wall damage reduction has been increased from 33% to 50%
• Increased Stone Wall health to 20
• Fixed there being a hole in the ground when a block was destroyed and the ones above it were dropping down.
• Updated the font of some text in the game that was missed before
• Adjusted Murder Holes to make it easier to hit enemies
• Added a wave counter so you can see how far into the level you are.
• Fixed the center tile of the map not lighting up when it is selectable.
