1.2.1 Patch

A small patch to fix issues with 1.2, the full list of changes and fixes can be seen below.

Changes:

• Added a star indicator for levels that have been beaten twice.
• Second victory reward is no longer shown for levels that give 0 coins.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issues that caused tokens from levels beaten twice to be lost.
• Fixed an issue where some achievements didn't account for levels being beaten twice.
• Fixed an issue where if the player clicked on a card just before the side panel appeared from mouse over the side panel would not show up at all.
