Just a small patch to fix a couple bugs in the Alpha 0.5 update.
- Fixed virtual intelligence core not showing its secondary effect.
- Fixed a short hang when converting random resources
- Fixed an issue with the tech tree where techs past the planet unlocks could not be accessed.
